Advice and Comments

PC 647(i)

CIMT: Should not be CIMT because offense is completed by peeking, with no intent to commit further crime1In re Joshua M., 91 Cal. App. 4th 743 (Cal. App. 4th Dist. 2001). The purpose of the law is “not to protect the property and safety of householders; it is designed to control ‘peeping Toms’ and other persons of that type.” People v. Lopez (1967) 249 Cal.App.2d 93, 103. but there is not case on point.
